CLINICAL FEATURES
Secondary acquired syphilis is seen as widespread pink to red papules (morbilliform eruption) with pink macules on the palms and soles accompanied by fatigue, headache and lymphadenopathy. Weeping erosive areas may be seen on oral or genital mucosa.
