Piezogenic foot papules induced by pressure on the heel.
Smooth-surfaced papules that appear on child’s heel upon standing.
CLINICAL FEATURES

The herniations are seen when pressure is applied to the heel as on standing.
TREATMENT
Treatment is usually unnecessary, but painful lesions may be excised or treated with orthopedic padding.
