Chapter 66 Draping
OVERVIEW.
Draping (drape = cloth) means to cover or adorn with cloth.1 In physical rehabilitation, it pertains to the procedure of allowing exposure of some body part(s) for a treatment while covering other parts for modesty, comfort (warmth), and protection from soiling patient’s clothing (e.g., conduction gels).
