BREAST DISTENSION AND SWELLING

Redness and swelling of the breasts

Liver- and Kidney-Yin deficiency

Gradual decrease in breast size, dry vagina, scanty menstruation or amenorrhoea, delayed cycle, infertility, dizziness, tinnitus, hardness of hearing, lower backache, dull occipital or vertical headache, insomnia, numbness/tingling of the limbs, dry eyes, blurred vision, dry throat, dry hair and skin, brittle nails, night sweating, dry stools, normal-coloured tongue without coating, Floating-Empty pulse.

Stomach-Qi deficiency

Sagging breasts, an uncomfortable feeling in the epigastrium, no appetite, lack of sense of taste, loose stools, tiredness especially in the morning, weak limbs, Pale tongue, Empty pulse.

Blood deficient and dry

Gradual decrease in breast size, dizziness, blurred vision, floaters, numbness/tingling of limbs, scanty menstruation, dull-pale complexion, dry eyes, dry skin and hair, dry nails, Pale tongue, Choppy or Fine pulse.
