Case 32
A 65-year-old male with end-stage liver disease awaiting liver transplant underwent adenosine stress perfusion imaging as part of his preoperative evaluation.
Heart rate changed from 78 to 89 beats/min, and blood pressure from 182/86 to 148/69 mm Hg.

Results show normal stress and rest perfusion imaging with left ventricular ejection fraction of 60%. Incidentally, a very large spleen is seen in raw images.
